At the helm of Hypr Delivery USA, Alan has spearheaded same-day delivery innovation, positioning Hypr at the forefront of the logistics industry. Hypr’s advanced technology bundle empowers traditional retail and distribution companies, enabling them to thrive in a high-demand express delivery market. Alan's 18-year tenure as President at Sirius Logistics Advisors has honed his expertise in creating operational efficiencies within the logistics space, driving substantial improvements and strategic advancements.

Sharon brings over 25 years of executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience to Hypr, where she is responsible for Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships. Sharon has a diverse background in global business development, licensing and partnership negotiation, high-volume, high-compliance product development and manufacturing, supply chain management, and commercial affairs.

James has 30+ years in logistics in the final mile delivery space, beginning with UPS in the 1990’s. Over time, he has held various positions in warehouse management, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and project management for various companies, gaining a comprehensive perspective for overseeing end-to-end shipping solutions. In 2006, James took a position with FedEx Ground and then transitioned in 2010 to contract with FedEx Ground and has successfully managed business operations in multiple states to date. He now serves as President of Hypr Delivery, Inc., overseeing daily operations and the continued development of our nationwide network.

Melissa joins the Hypr team, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic business planning, driving growth, and optimizing operational efficiency over her 15-year career. As a consultant, she has primarily focused on collaboration with logistics executives and their teams to cultivate cultures and decision processes centered around organization-wide data and analytics. With firsthand experience as a former FedEx contractor overseeing operations across three terminals in Florida, Melissa offers invaluable insights to elevate and enhance Hypr's operational strategies.

Jill Cook is a seasoned business executive with over two decades of experience specializing in driving operational excellence, developing scalable systems, and leading teams through transformative growth. Her career spans leadership roles across e-commerce, consumer products, entertainment, and technology sectors, including both start-up ventures and mature, best-practices organizations. Jill’s blend of start-up agility and corporate discipline, coupled with her deep expertise in operations and logistics enables her to identify business risks and bridge gaps, navigate evolving priorities, and drive sustained growth in new and dynamic markets.

An experienced business builder and technologist, Tony was co-founder and CTO of Sequoia and Softbank-backed Clutter.com and both President and CTO of Moulton Logistics, acquired by Amware. Tony has spent his career disrupting logistics business models using advanced technology. Tony is a co-founder and serves as Chief Technology Officer for Hypr.

Penny been in the logistics and transportation space as legal counsel, chief strategist, and head of strategic alliances for a little over 30 years. At FedEx, she served as general counsel at FedEx Logistics (formerly FedEx Trade Networks) and co-led a ten-year project to build its freight forwarding division. She is passionate about customer service and data-driven decision-making when combined with experience and judgment. Recently, she worked at Amazon, Walmart, American Eagle and other start-ups focused on driving more efficient e-commerce shipping and delivery.
